Vroom & Varossieau at KunstRAI – 40th Anniversary Edition

We are proud to announce our participation in the 40th edition of KunstRAI Amsterdam, taking place from 1–5 May 2025. As one of the leading contemporary art galleries specialising in urban and contemporary movements, Vroom & Varossieau presents a powerful and diverse selection of works by internationally recognised and emerging artists.

Our curated booth features paintings, sculptures, and installations by Ronan Dillon, Jade van der Mark, Selwyn Senatori, Willem Hoeffnagel, Super Future Kid, Jurren Sluiter, and Sidney Waerts, alongside a selection of collectible design pieces by the minimalist design label Boring Collection.

From bold figurative storytelling to surreal worlds and graphic urban realism, our presentation at KunstRAI captures the energy, colour, and diversity of contemporary art today. We warmly invite collectors, curators, and art lovers to discover this vibrant presentation and celebrate four decades of KunstRAI with us.

Featured Artists at KunstRAI 2025

Ronan Dillon
An emerging talent from Ireland, Ronan Dillon creates raw, expressive canvases that blend figuration with a dreamlike palette. His works explore emotional vulnerability and human connection through layered textures and intuitive brushwork.

Jade van der Mark
Dutch painter Jade van der Mark is known for her vibrant, large-scale portraits of urban life and identity. With a distinctive style that merges fashion, storytelling, and expressive abstraction, her work reflects both contemporary society and personal introspection.

Selwyn Senatori
A celebrated name in Dutch pop art, Selwyn Senatori brings flair, colour, and a sense of joy to the canvas. His work celebrates life, Italian culture, and the pleasures of la dolce vita through bold compositions and a signature style full of charisma.

Willem Hoeffnagel
Known for his masked characters and dreamlike scenarios, Willem Hoeffnagel is a rising star in contemporary figurative art. His paintings evoke feelings of solitude, curiosity, and playfulness, often reflecting themes of youth and personal identity.

Super Future Kid
Berlin-based artist Super Future Kid creates fantastical, hyper-coloured worlds inspired by nostalgia, childhood, and pop culture. Her surreal, candy-like compositions blur reality and imagination, inviting viewers into a futuristic yet familiar universe.

Jurren Sluiter (Master of Goals)
Jurren Sluiter, also known as Master of Goals, is a visual storyteller who blends humour, sports iconography, and cultural references into dynamic works on paper and canvas. His art is bold, graphic, and irresistibly fun — celebrating both achievement and absurdity.

Sidney Waerts
Sidney Waerts merges the aesthetics of urban art with fine art storytelling. His layered, powerful works explore themes of duality, identity, and transformation, often incorporating symbolism and street culture with a refined, painterly approach.

Design: Boring Collection
Designed by Lensvelt and Space Encounters, the Boring Collection redefines office and living space aesthetics through timeless, minimalist design. With neutral tones, simple silhouettes, and elegant functionality, these award-winning pieces offer a refreshing alternative to fast furniture — ideal for collectors and architects with an eye for understated elegance.
