Are you lucky enough to be in Hawaii between the 11th and 18th of February? Then make sure to visit POW! WOW!

International artists and musicians will gather at the Kaka’ako neighborhood and create all new murals and installations. The festival will open in true Hawaiian style with a block party alongside the Honolulu Night Market. And the week will be illed to the brim with cool street art and culture inspired events such as  an exhibition curated by Thinkspace at the Honolulu Museum of Art, a print show with Detroit-based 1xRun,many artist talks and the documentary “Saving Banksy” will celebrate its international premier. 

A must visit for (street) art lovers will be the  the fourth iteration of Thinkspace’s special exhibition ‘POW! WOW! Exploring the New Contemporary Art Movement’.This special exhibition will feature almost  100 local and international artists and is curated by Los Angeles-based gallery Thinkspace. In addition to the group show there will be a featured artist showcase from UK based artist Shok-1 and an installation from Oak Oak from France. This massive group exhibition serves as a survey of the New Contemporary Art Movement for art lovers on Oahu and the world over via social media.
