Cranio for Blind Walls Gallery in Breda

Cranio (Fabio Oliveira) decided in 1998 that the grey walls in ‘his’ Sao Paolo needed a boost. Since then he has been doing the same for other cities. His trademark and key player is a blue indian. He’s a self-taught artist, who learned everything he knows about the art on the streets. Over the years, his technique and context, which are essential for his work, have improved drastically, without affecting the sharpness of the style he’s known for.

With this mural Cranio refers to the present and  the need for more color in the streets of Breda: his indians create the commissioned mural. As a passersby you see how this colorful group writes the word ‘Amazonia’ on the temporary wall in a typical graffiti style.
